Deena is absolutely amazing and has totally changed my opinion of hair extensions. I previously had tried tape and was so unhappy with the chunky results that needed 6 week retapes but looked crap after just 2 weeks. Deena uses keratin micro bonds and they last four months without any need for maintenance. Best of all, there is no hair loss which happened after the last place. Deena is always so warm, genuine and reasonably priced. I'm so happy I found her and can't recommend her enough.

Ordered and never heard back for a week, no acknowledgement of purchase . Contacted them after a week and they said it’s another three week wait , I had the choice to refund . I asked for a refund and didn’t hear back . Then I receive an email to say it’s been posted express , another week has gone by and still not received . Sent AFTER I asked for a refund . Also no tracking given on the order so there’s no way of even knowing what’s happened here.
