Terrible service. I came in wanting to buy an expensive watch but the guy serving treats you with disrespect. Out of spite, I did not buy the watch I wanted because I wouldn’t want to give them a single hard earned dollar.

Horrible service à la clientèle! J’ai acheté une montre Tissot chez eux. Malheureusement en faisant remplacer la batterie, le plastique rouge qui permet de fermer le boîtier en arrière s’est abîmé. Pour le changer, l’horloger m’exige de re-changer la batterie à nouveau en plus du plastique endommagé en me criant la dessus sans me donner la possibilité de faire un autre choix. Quand je lui dis de baisser d’un ton, il me fait comprendre qu’il est à 5mn de la fermeture et qu’il n’a pas le temps pour ça. Quand c’est pour te vend... read more

Bad customer service and communication between stores. Was told a service would be free, came back the next day and they tried to charge me 30$ for it. Waste of time and gaz.
