Sydney is a true professional, she points out what exactly caused my problems on the pole and her suggestions are valuable in skills improvement. The fees are reasonable comparing to group pole classes in terms of the quality of the instructions. And free parking in front of her classroom.
I’ve been taking classes with her for a few years now and I adore her! Even through my pregnancy she modified our classes perfectly to my changing body. She’s an incredible teacher

Sydney is a fantastic teacher. She really helps build up your confidence and goes above and beyond in teaching you skills in multiple different ways - perfect for all types of learners! Couldn’t have asked for a more understanding and patient instructor. :)
Sydney is amazing!! She's very encouraging while always knowing when to challenge students to advance to the next level. I feel very energized and am surprised by how much progress I make in each of our sessions. Always fun. Definitely a very refreshing way to keep up with fitness. Can't wait till my next class!! (And I just finished a session today )
