She has amazing customer service!!! I was so nervous about getting my first wax but she made me feel so comfortable. She has such a welcoming spirit!! Definitely a 10/10.
I think I've finally found my wax lady!!! Karen is extremely professional, punctual & clean. I'm taken back immediately upon my arrival, and I've been satisfied with the results. Highly recommend.
I just absolutely adore Karen! She is knowledgeable and will talk you through the whole process. I'm not a newbie, but it had also been like 8 weeks from my last Brazilian, which is a little more difficult than a maintenance wax. She gave me recommendations on how to better the process, and we spoke the whole time, which makes the process (for me) a lot more bearable. She is smart. She is nice.
