It felt like the commercial / business imperatives were very important with the staff at this clinic + a constant pressure to book more physical therapy appointments even if they werent actually necessary + being "offered" other medical treatments that had nothing to do with the original reason is equivalent to being upsold in sales.
Dr Gopal and his staff provide excellent care. I was comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend this office to anyone who is having spine issues.
