I used to use Alan going from the late 90s but hadn't built a motor since around 2009 and therefore I hadn't had to use him since. I went back to him late last year and found it incredibly painful to get a quote (after maybe 5 attempts still no quote) painful to get the bill after you give up on the quote and just authorise to do and charge.
