Had used them in the past and had found them reliable, but their quality and professonalism has declined as recent online reviews indicate. Lisa cancelled our move two days before the date of the actual move, without first informing us, and sprung this surprise on us, while telling us that they had given my spot to someone else, and had nothing available for the next two months and told me to use another company, after I had already spend considerable time setting up this move with Siracusa. I recently had a long distance move with Siracusa, the driver/mover was very friendly, professional and respectful, Neil, I personally thank you for making this very stressful move easier. I had requested a date for pickup and it was honored. Delivery was made on the date I was told. I can’t say enough about Neil and Siracusa for having such perfection with service. I moved from *** ***** ** ****** I purchased a home in ***** that would not be move in ready so I had my stuff delivered to storage. Here is my advice to you. IF you use them, and have to store your items in storage, make sure to make the movers stay until you go through EVERYTHING. I don't care how long this takes you. If they move your stuff into your home, and as you unpack you find things broken or missing, they claim they will compensate you for your loss.... This is the second time posting a comment. The company has taken all comments off this website. If you value your belongs, do not use this company. We used Siracusa to move from ** ** ***It took three deliveries, weeks apart, to get MOST of our belongings. We are still missing some items. I have a box of broken items in my garage, some of which we paid extra for to have them pack. However, the real issue is a grandfather's clock which we my husband's grandfather made.
