Do NOT come here to get your watch battery replaced. They scratched the back of my watch and then claimed it wasn’t their fault. I watched them struggle to open the backing so I said I would take the watch the official store but they insisted that they would be able to do it just fine. Instead of insisting they should have admit to struggling and let me take my watch back. I sent multiple emails and a phone call to the owner but no response.
