Just got my watch repaired here and got the battery changed. It took 5 minutes to get everything done. The efficiency was amazing, the woman who helped me (forgot to ask her name) is amazing.
They like to sell faulty items for full price and refuse refunds. What’s the point of an exchange for another item when the new item could be faulty too? I bought a pendant from them that was broken and falling off the chain constantly. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered to “fix it” for me… Do NOT shop with them, no wonder their kiosk is dead and empty all the time.
Had a wonderful experience today! The two ladies who assisted me were amazing—no pressure to buy, no rushing, and absolutely no attitude. They were genuinely willing to help and made the whole experience pleasant. Great customer service!
