They like to sell faulty items for full price and refuse refunds. What’s the point of an exchange for another item when the new item could be faulty too? I bought a pendant from them that was broken and falling off the chain constantly. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered to “fix it” for me… Do NOT shop with them, no wonder their kiosk is dead and empty all the time.
Had a wonderful experience today! The two ladies who assisted me were amazing—no pressure to buy, no rushing, and absolutely no attitude. They were genuinely willing to help and made the whole experience pleasant. Great customer service!
I have been searching for a silver chain that won’t stain my neck. I bought one from Michael hill and one from other stores, but could never get rid of that problem. I recently purchased one from Maria and Ashley and have been wearing it consistently. It’s safe to say I will never need to waste time and money getting my jewelry anywhere else. 10/10
