When a business makes a mistake - own it. Don’t try and blame the customer who is paying for the service. Horrible business practices. Will never order anything from this place again
They have a 10 dollar minimum purchase requirement for ALL purchases. I just needed two pages from a document printed and was told to go the library. Poor customer service in general, and no customer service for small needs.
