Perhaps you should mention online that your Hauppauge location doesn’t do print production? Sent a PDF via the website form and called this morning to confirm receipt. Spoke to someone on a 631 phone number who said prints will be ready on time. When I came to pick it up, nobody was there and when I called the same number I was told by someone else that print production is only in Westbury and that I was at a satellite office with no print capabilities.
