Older guy who mans the counter is rude and completely unprofessional. They really need to hire staff that care about serving their clients. Notice that all the good reviews are from many years ago. I guess they have really gone down hill.
If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I went in there to ask a quote for some printing services and the older guy sitting behind the reception desk was very rude and uninterested in helping me. I tried to be friendly with him, but as I asked him some more questions about the services they provide, he just got more rude and apathetic. Great Print Job Fast and Clean
The first time I came here, Meghan was helping me chose the type of paper and finish I should be using for bottle labels. This positive experience I had before is the reason why I returned today. Today's also just as positive experience is why this business has my patronage for as long as I live in Arcadia. The are extremely friendly, affordable, and of course, speedy.
