Funny that I read the previous review after we ordered. Exact same situation except we were hung up on twice by a lady that claimed to be manager. When we were told by a second ( very polite) gentleman, that the real manager would call us back, he did not. When we called back, the second person claiming to be the manager refused to even listen to our complaint before he told us that he (literally) didn't care about our situation. We ordered a large pizza from this establishment and they sent the wrong one. Not only was it the wrong pizza, what they sent only had one topping and wasnt even good. We talked to two different people on the phone including the manager, and they would not send us another pizza or try to make it right.Last time I will eat at sir pizza..
