Pizza is amazing!
I grew up on Pizza King pizza in Illinois, and always assumed Sir Pizza was cut from the same cloth. Finding a Sir Pizza location here in North Carolina still gave me that same nostalgic pull, and this location gets a lot right. The one thing holding it back is the crust. It needs more time in the oven. Right now it comes out chewy, but it should be crunchy/burnt. A bit more sauce would also help round it out.
