Today was just my 3rd visit and I am noticing a difference. Had foot surgery at the end of October of 2024. Put physical therapy off in the beginning with excuses of it's the holiday season and then I can do this myself. Well I finally realized I needed help. Put my pride and ego to the side and made the appointment at Sir physical therapy on Century Boulevard. I am most pleased with my physical therapist Andy.
