Super helpful and kind reception team and consultant, appointment on time, near the station and coffee shops etc. Surprised at the negative reviews as that wasn’t my experience at all!
I came for a contraception appointment and the lady who did my procedure was so lovely and gentle and calming. I was honestly dreading it but it wasn’t too bad because of her.
Lazy staff. Appointments are never kept on time and the toilets aren’t even clean (there was a cockroach in one on my last visit). Today there were five staff on the front desk. Four of them just chatting only one of them actually working. People wonder why the NHS is so rubbish. Here’s your answer
Very long consultation process, I have to fill in the online consultation and wait for the reply, which takes long time. The online consultation system cannot receive my photo messages which makes it worse. Reception staff is difficult to communicate and usually rude.
