Have had no end of trouble and a range of excuses as to why my rebate can not be processed. Reception staff make excuses, kept me on hold and then palmed me off by saying someone would call me back. Still waiting…

I feel compelled to share an extremely distressing initial encounter with our anaesthetist Dr Robin Amerena. This was in the waiting room and not in private consultation which was in itself highly inappropriate. I sincerely hope that other families are not subjected to the same experience. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that an honest mistake was made on my part which inconvenienced the team, however I did not expect a complete lack of sensitivity during a challenging morning for my 2 year old and I. Communication was poor, and some staff were dismissive. In addition, pricing was not transparent, with unexpected and hidden fees that significantly increased the cost with no explanation. Never returning again.
