The medical team here are highly commendable in the care that they have provided to my daughter. She is only 7 years old and have to have extensive dental treatment. Dr Caroline Howarth, Dr Robin Amerena and all the staff made my daughter felt as ease. Their approach and professionalisms were above and beyond. The treatment plan was communicated every single step of the way and ensured that my daughter was safe. Would I go back there if needs be? Definitely a yes!
Outstanding. My Son Rafael had to have some dental work done under general anaesthetic. The nurses and doctors couldn’t have been nicer. Very professional and exceptionally personable. Thank you
We recently encountered an extremely distressing situation with Dr David A Ross the Plastic Surgeon at the hospital which I feel compelled to share. Regrettably, the care provided to my daughter during her surgery was far below the standard one would expect. Notably, there was an incident where her neck was inadvertently burnt, and additional procedures were conducted without any parental consent.
