I feel compelled to share an extremely distressing initial encounter with our anaesthetist Dr Robin Amerena. This was in the waiting room and not in private consultation which was in itself highly inappropriate. I sincerely hope that other families are not subjected to the same experience. Communication was poor, and some staff were dismissive. In addition, pricing was not transparent, with unexpected and hidden fees that significantly increased the cost with no explanation. Never returning again.

Appalling experience with admissions staff, I was subjected to discriminatory conduct, raised my concerns with a supervisor, who had the audacity to me "that particular staff member wouldn't do that intentionally because they are a really nice person and their mother also utilises a wheelchair." The inaccessibility of the hospital is nothing short of embarrassing and appears to only offer care to those that don't happen utilise mobility aids.
