Extremely pleased with Sir Grout services. Extensive traffic area in the house, over 500 sqft looks like new again—entryway, kitchen, dining area, family room, guest and master bathroom. Technicians Rudy and Oscar were very diligent, knowledgeable, and hardworking throughout the process. From start to finish the process was well communicated by Ryan Ward, Rudy and Oscar both verbally and in writing. For a reasonable price our floors will look great another 30 years! This is the second time that we have had Sir Grout, and they are excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Isaiah and Kerwin arrived right on schedule, explained what they would be doing throughout the day, moved all of our furniture, and performed their magic on our floors. Our floors look brand new. Exceeded all expectations. I was blown away when I got home at how fantastic everything looked. Our large walking shower looks brand new! I wish I had before pictures but as you can see from the after pictures, everything is perfect.
From Ryan, to Rudy, and Oscar…. What a great job they did taking our tile floors and simply making them look brand new! Excellent customer service and very professional! We highly recommend Sir Grout!
Isaiah was fantastic. He was professional , and friendly and demonstrated amazing expertise. He moved furniture and made excellent suggestions on grout colors . The floors look great. I highly recommend Sir Grout .
