First of all, I LOVED Sir Grout's ad on FaceBook and that hooked me. I researched other grout-cleaning services in Tucson and am so glad they have a "Sir" as their mascot. They were excellent all day long especially Isiah who is a budding start, excellent technician. Isiah was totally thorough, has excellent and high standards for his work and was willing to help me move heavy lifts before he left. He saw I was a woman who needed help and he offered. This is the second time we used Sir Grout for stone tile floor cleaning and grout repair and shower cleaning. I’ve been very happy with their service both times. The service team members are very polite young men who do their best to make sure everything is looking good and the customer is happy. That is a nice change from some other service providers! We are very pleased with Sir Grout Tucson. I didn’t even think my grout was that bad looking, and now I’m embarrassed and amazed all at once. The before and after are shocking.
