Good pricing and really good customer service. They touched up my 40 year-old tile, and it looks like new. They were also really good about coming back and doing any necessary touchup. Highly recommend!!
Ryan, our grout tech, did a four day assignment in three days! Ryan was attentive to detail and his workmanship makes the floors in the house look brand new. The kitchen was a real challenge, with accumulated grease and gunk in the grout - Ryan made it look like, and to be repetitive, brand new flooring. Thank you Ryan for a superb job! Isaiah and Kerwin came out today to clean and seal our shower and floors, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I only wish we had taken before-and-after photos because the transformation is incredible! They arrived early, worked straight through without taking a break, and delivered outstanding results. Our shower and floors have never looked better. Just wanted to give this review about Sir Grout. I live out of state so I put my trust into them. They did excellent work on my mother's kitcken and bathroom. I ended up scheduling another house call for my grandfather's back porch which is all tile, it came out amazing even with all the years of Arizona sun hitting it every morning. I look forward to sharing my experience with other family members in Tucson, AZ . Rudy was our tile technician did excellent at communicating about every step.
