We had the most amazing experience with Sir Grout. Nico and Ainier were incredible. Our floors and shower look brand new. They were so pleasant, prompt, easy to work with, dedicated and incredibly skilled. I usually dread having work done on my house and today was the complete opposite. Thank you so much. I will recommend Sir Grout over and over. Kevin came out to give an estimate and was on time, knew exactly what we were looking for and made it all happen.
Sir Grout has been one heck of a ride... My initial date for a floor evaluation was canceled and rescheduled for 6 weeks later at their earliest. And when the Tampa area general manager (who is also their only floor evaluation specialist), came to assess my tile and grout, he quoted me a work order for $3,000. He guaranteed that this would be all the work I would need to bring my grout back to life in a day and that I would have no issues afterwards as long as it was properly maintained. Great customer service from beginning to end! Professional, courteous and friendly. Kevin talked thru the process of renewing my tile and grout every step of the way. The end result is beautiful and looks like a brand new floor. Thank you Nick, Kevin and team for a job well done!
Nico did an amazing job with the color sealing grout of my kitchen tiles and 3 bathroom tiles. The grout used to be stained so even after my housekeepers clean the floors, it would still look dirty. Now with the color seal, I was told I should be able to maintain the clean look for several years as long I use the PH neutral cleaner. Also, Nico was even able to fill in a thin crack and it’s not noticeable anymore. The whole job doesn’t take too long to do, probably 3 hours.
