SirGrout, Scott and Luke, deserve more than a five rating. Very professional and hard working. Scott’s bid was right on and Luke’s expertise and detail surpassed most I’ve experienced. Master shower and kitchen floor look brand new. Latitude Margaritaville.
I can’t begin to say how pleased I was with the work done by “sir grout“ but especially by their employee, Luke who worked tirelessly to scrub and clean them and re-grout my tile floors, which had not been done for over 15 years. Scott Gave me three different grout shades to choose from and waited for me to make a decision and make sure I was satisfied . I had an extremely disappointing experience with Scott and Sir Grout—unfortunately the worst I have had with any contractor. Scott and his team were hired to refurbish our terracotta tile and represented the project as a two-day job. On the first day, they sanded and stripped the floors but never returned to complete the work. They left our home in complete disarray, including furniture left outside on the exterior patio and unfinished floors throughout the house.
