I hired Sir Grout a grout renovation franchise to clean my grout in two bathrooms and my kitchen floor. The grout was in perfect condition, it just needed to be cleaned up. I have had to call them back three times because the grout keeps coming off and cracking! I have given up calling them because each time they come back the situation becomes worse and worse! Sir Grout did an excellent job polishing my parents marble foyer and fixing the grout and blemishes. He was professional, dedicated and courtesy. My mom is very critical and was very pleased with the results. She urged me to post a 5* review as John completely deserves it.
