Our home is only a few years old but we never sealed our tile and grout when we moved in. Over the last couple of years the grout started chipping/ruined in between our tile in our laundry room, bathroom and shower. Sir Grout was professional and detailed oriented in color sealing with a custom color of my choosing and making these areas new again.
Nightmare. We had our shower grout restored and sealed a few months ago. It looked great at the time. Now a few months later, it started chipping out and discoloring to even the color of the soap I was using. I called 5-6 times before having a manager call me back. A manager came out to "fix" the work. Not at all friendly, barely said anything. Very frustrated with Cole. He came out the first time and did what seemed to be a good job. But once we were able to get into the room and look closely, there were several places where he simply hadn’t done the work. The terrazzo tile floor in the shower did not come completely clean. The first time we cleaned the floor around the toilet, the “paint” on the grout lines came right off. Marisa Sir Grout did an excellent job in cleaning our two rental properties’ baths. She constantly communicated with us to keep us informed. Such a good job we had her clean the baths in our home.
