Very frustrated with Cole. He came out the first time and did what seemed to be a good job. But once we were able to get into the room and look closely, there were several places where he simply hadn’t done the work. The terrazzo tile floor in the shower did not come completely clean. The first time we cleaned the floor around the toilet, the “paint” on the grout lines came right off. Marisa Sir Grout did an excellent job in cleaning our two rental properties’ baths. She constantly communicated with us to keep us informed. Such a good job we had her clean the baths in our home.

Sir Grout did an excellent job cleaning and refinishing our bathroom shower. Cole was a great person to work with….very personable and hard working. He managed to finish our shower the same day. We would highly recommend Cole and his company to anyone needing tile and grout cleaned and redone.
