We visited Banting house and homestead in Alliston today, thank you Kait for all the interesting information, it was a pleasure meeting you and Wookie. The museum took us back in time where we learned about a man that brought hope and life to so many people and animals. There were only two of us visiting here today, hopefully, more people will visit this great little museum in Alliston packed with so much interesting information about a man and his journey to a great discovery. Entry fee is by donation.
Banting House is exceptional - especially Kait. We are a group of RNs and Kait helped remind us of the tremendous gift of insulin provided to the world by Dr. Banting. Thank you Kait and eternal thanks to Dr. Banting.
Kait was absolutely AMAZING! We went because my youngest kiddo 7 now is type 1. Kait knew so much background information on Banting and his journey, as well of course the insulin and type 1 diabetes! I highly recommend setting up an appointment to check this place out!!!!
