Do not recommend. Wasn’t helpful at all. Assumed I wanted work done that I didn’t. VERY pushy. Seems like he doesn’t want to do smaller jobs under $500. From what I’ve read here, he is also very rude. Also not insured or licensed from what I could tell.

Zain has done several jobs here for me both plumbing and electrical all done well with quick responsive service and he is a pleasure to have around! I can recommend him without equivocation! TJ

Zain, my very first client. ( i’m not even sure if he knows that lol) He’s one of those rare people who's a little wild but immediately feels like a friend. He’s totally outrageous and doesn’t care what anyone thinks. We joke and have shared plenty of crazy stories but when it was time to work, he was no slacker. We successfully sold two properties for him, and I can say without a doubt that he’s a hard-working, good-hearted person. He might not be for everyone, but my experience was a good one, and I’m happy to know him.

I’d read good reviews about Sir Fixalot, so when my toilet started leaking one morning, I called Zain. He explained over the phone what he thought the problem could be and quoted an estimate. He arrived within an hour of my call (I lucked out on the timing of my plumbing problem), examined the toilet, confirmed the telephone diagnosis of the problem, and completed the repair (including installing the replacement parts) within an hour of his arrival.
