The fish and chips were delicious, and the shepherd's pie was good. The beer was good, if you want non-alcoholic, Athletic Run is the best. It is very reminiscent of a pub, with a bar, simple menu, and cozy feel. The only thing is that the portion was a little lacking for the price

I went here based on the reviews and I’ll say that none of these people have been to an authentic British pub, and this place truly is not that. The fish and chips are not authentic, the chips are bag frozen steak fries and the over battered fish was not fresh. The saving grace was that the chicken thighs were a good appetizer. Service was not great and I’ll leave it at that.

First time visiting and this is the closest you’ll get to an English pub as you’ll find in the south. Will definitely be back!

The food was great. Great portion of fish. Chips were OK but I ate them all. The staff barely smiled. They acted like me being there was an inconvenience. They didn’t bring me a bag to put my food in. And when they did bring it, I had to bag it. I’m not sure why I tipped them call it servers guilt. I will come again, but they will not get a tip for me if they still behave that same way.
