Great food and even better service! If you are looking for a down to earth pub, which nails all the classics, and serves ice cold drinks, look no further than the here! I had the cheesy garlic, which came out hot, crispy, and very cheesy. This started the meal off on a great note! Followed by the salt & pepper squid which was battered to perfection, chips were crisp, and a salad which was well dressed but not swimming! A great meal, topped off with good atmosphere means I'll definitely be returning!
Great place for coeliacs to meet! Very friendly gluten-free menu. We are returning customers.

Have had lunch and dinners many times close to easily 10 times Bonus gluten free menu nearly all meals can be provided Prices are very reasonable with large servings with good beer and wine The family run pub is a good reminder of old style pub meals and service Weekly specials are a bonus for something different Worth a visit will not be disappointed
