Get directionsI had radio therapy last week, this included staying in a room for 2 days whilst I took a radio active iodine tablet. I was a little sceptical about this room being 4 walls with no contact with people. Well I was amazed actually, it wasn’t what I expected, it was great. I had a great view out the window, shower toilet, 8 movie channels on the tv. Hot water for my coffee 3 square meals couldn’t be more comfortable. Big thanks to Jonathon from the nuclear team who explained everything clearly.
Never going for an mri here again, I had nurses (mostly Gail from ER) and security asking my mother if I was lying about my schizophrenia and autism, since they didn’t believe I was having a real meltdown even Gail told me to shut up and laughed at me. All because I was crying because my cannula hurt too much, they ended up putting a second one in as well after sedating me because I was dehydrated without my consent, so now I have bruises from horrible jobs at cannulas and bruises from security trying to hold me down just be... read more
12:01pm 20/10/2025. Bed 24 - 5 long screws in pelvis removed and can not weight bare. Dr has told me I do not get any pain medication and that I will not get any walking aid.
I wouldn’t even rate this 1start but thad what it takes to leave a review. The emergency facility is the absolute worst. We went in for an emergency treatment reached here at 9:30ish AM and not it’s 1:38 pm and still haven’t been called for scanning. We were told that a scan will be done pretty soon but still sitting here to be called out. Walked in for kidney stones scans recommended my the Morley medical centre GP said that Sir Charles Gairdner hospital has the least waiting time. They delayed my appointment for nearly a year. Then changed it again. Then changed it again. Originally from an in person appointment to a phone appointment. These people dont care about your health, they treat you like cattle. I assume my appointment changed so much due to administrative mistakes. Probably lost my file. Maybe they confused my file with another person? Incompetent to the point i'm questioning the quality of medical care i'll receive. They cant even keep the same appointment.
