I could not be more grateful to Dr Rose. I brought my 14 year old daughter in with a virus, and Dr Rose was the first doctor to notice that she had a very loud heart murmur. At first, I was in disbelief, but her thoroughness and attention to detail led to the discovery that my daughter has a congenital heart condition that had somehow gone undetected since birth and requires essential treatment. Extremely rude and pathetic disgusting receptionist behaviour . Pathetic service , I would never recommend this place to anyone, I will make sure everyone I know , not to come here. Just wastage of time and money .
I would like to sincerely thank Dr Hallier for the exceptional care he has provided. He is an outstanding doctor who is compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. He has looked after me from my pre-pregnancy through to my postnatal care, and because of the trust and confidence we have in him, my entire family now sees Dr Hallier. We are incredibly grateful for his ongoing support and dedication. I wish him all the very best and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly caring and professional doctor!
Not a positive experience. Misdiagnosed by the doctor and given completely erroneous medication that was simply of no benefit at all. Completely incompetent. Also, was quoted a price to see the Doctor, then was charged a higher amount once done. Go ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE else. Owner is more concerned with denying responsibility and responding to negative reviews than implementing best practice or improving!
Went there today, absolutely amazing service from Caroline at reception through to Dr Amanda. Was told at booking it would not be bulk billed which I totally understood, afterall so glad a clinic is open on a Sunday and I was blown away at the professionalism. Thank you, I am coming back.
