Brandon. I had many tech through the years from different oil companies. Which I have no complaints about. Brandon is an exceptional tech. I had a few questions and he had an answer for everyone of them. This young man knows what he is talking about. He knows the business! We have been Sippin customers for many years...their customer service is second to none. Over the winter we woke to no heat in the house which was especially distressing since my son was home with the flu...called Sippin and the repair man came, fixed the issue and was gone by 8am! They have even been here on Christmas day...always efficient, always professional. We have tried four different heating oil providers. Sippin came to our aid in our time of need and we will remain loyal customers for the rest of our lives. They are courteous and professional. Some 10 years ago I had 2 other companies try to fix my boiler and they were both unsuccessful. One said that they could not keep coming to try and fix it (they did not get paid). I called Sippin Energy and the Sippin technician spent several hours there to find the problem and remained there through several thermostat calls for heat to ensure it was fixed. I switched my account to Sippin Energy and have never looked back or had another problem that was not immediately resolved. Thank you Sippins

Sippin has proven once again why they deserve the customer base they have…each time my mid 80s furnace gags and a pump starts sounding like its gonna rip itself to pieces or a sensor burns out and I find myself without any heat I can get them here and dealing with it in matter of a couple of hours. Two weeks ago when it was closer to zero than I want to think about, and the house was headed that way in a hurry, I was up and running again within an hour of calling. if there was an option to give 0 stars, i would have. service guy came to my house and was very disrespectful to my property and very rude and unprofessional. i would never reccomend you!
