I would give a -1 star if that were possible. My best friend passed away in late November. I contacted Todd Sipowski immediately to cancel her insurance policies and provided all required documentation over a month ago. Since then — complete silence. I had a disappointing experience with this agency. When I requested a change to my insurance policy, I found the response time slower than expected and the communication style unhelpful. I also was not provided with a copy of the 4-point inspection I asked for, and during the process I felt pressure around higher premium options.
