This group is absolutely horrible. The provider that was assigned to my mom has left the practice and she is the only reason we stayed with the group. The calls are outsourced off shore so they are very difficult to understand and the office staff, because they are off shore, have no idea what is going on with the practice. They went for months after the provider left before assigning a new one and he still hasn't seen her yet.
Worst medical group ive ever experienced as a patient
First experience with these guys . Had an appointment today at noon and she was a no show no call . Horrible way to do business . Not impressed at all! My time is just as valuable as yours !!
CEO is all about money and that's ehy he's being indicted for insurance fraud! He should be in jail! Treats his own people like trash! Points fingers instead of holding himself accountable for his incompetence.. DO NOT SIGN UP AND/OR JOIN THIS COMPANY! Btw, they will ask you to give a positive review to manufacture better results. What a fraud!
