Poor customer service over the phone unhelpful and condescending interaction. Not a great first impression.
We needed our walkway pavers and steps to our front door completely redone. This was no small task due to the size and weight of some of the stones. Sipla went above and beyond our expectations. Early Feb 2026, my well needed emergency repair. Access was blocked by a mountain of snow. We needed it removed with minimal damage to our neighbors yard. Sipla responded quickly, easily worked through the problem. They sent out a front loader and a shovel. The snow was carefully removed doing no yard damage whatsoever. Guy was friendly too. Highly recommend Sipla.
Laura was so great! She was able to get her best person to plow for us last minute and he definitely lived up to that standard! Excited to keep working with this amazing company.
