Pickup was smooth, and the service was excellent. The only issue was at the exit gate, where I waited about 8 minutes and had to honk before the gate was opened. When I politely mentioned the delay, the older lady security guard responded with an unfriendly attitude. The 1-star rating is solely because of that interaction. Other than that, everything else was great.
I delivered a shipment to SIPI Metals. The warehouse receiving employees were very professional, helpful, and unloaded the delivery promptly.
Semi truck and trailer can take division rd ( ext 49A) if you coming from i94 east. And if you are coming from i94 west(gary side) make a u-turn from exit 48B and back to i94 east and take division rd. Make left then again left on NElston ave. The place is little tight. But if you have some experience with backing u will be okay.
This place is very tight. If you are still coming, then take Exit 48A! bridge height 13’6 . Then follow the directions shown in the photo! First, there will be a scale. After the delivery, you have to exit and then come back to the scale from the same side you entered. It’s a very congested area. Come very carefully and cautiously.
