In Manchester visiting family and they took us 15 mins via taxi to Sip. Cosy little place with lovely gentle buzzing atmosphere. The USP is that you put money on a card and serve yourself from a large selection of wines. You can have 50ml, 125ml and 175ml with reasonable prices given the quality of wine on offer. Food comes in the form of nibble boards of either meat, cheese or both. This just adds to the relaxed vibe of the place as you chat away picking at food and trying different wines. Lovely start to the weekend.

Visited on Friday night with some friends who live in the area and had an absolutely brilliant evening at Sip. All the food we had was great, the selection of wines were excellent (and a fun self-serve set-up), and there’s a really nice atmosphere. Owners are lovely and have a created a fantastic little place, thank you!

Lovely wine bar ran by lovely people; the wine selection is really good and if you’re not sure what you’re after, the staff will consult on the wines available and find one for your taste

Lovely Wine Bar! Staff are so friendly. Cheese and charcuterie board is good size. Great wine selection and atmosphere. We return regularly!
