I ordered a custom crest in February and rejected the initial proof because it missed several basic criteria like colors and consistency with examples from their portfolio. The owner was supposed to personally redo the proof but I have not yet received it three months later. I can’t get an update by phone or email. I don’t think anything will be ready for my wedding even if they do answer me.
