High risk pregnancy with twins. I was already having a hard time giving them a chance and trusting them. Front desk is always rude. No communication about what next appointment looked like. Came in for my appointment to be rescheduled because they don't know how to read a chart to see I'm allergic to oranges and tried to tell me I'd have to by my own stuff for the glucose test, which wasn't communicated that I had to even do today by them. Nothing but great things to say about Karen the rn, Dr. Avery, and Dr. Lafavor. Karen is the absolute best and made my twice a week monitoring and gestational diabetes a breeze. I appreciated her and her compassion more than she will ever know. Such a great team. I’d get pregnant again just to hang out with them again.. haha jk
All of the doctors, nurses and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone! Just had another checkup and I would still recommend them to everyone!
So grateful that Sioux City has a physician that is certified by the Menopause Society to prescribe hormone replacement therapy for perimenopausal and menopausal women. Dr Avery is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician that did a great job helping me with this! Highly recommend Dr Avery!
