What's the maintenance people were very very nice
Atokad isn't all bad, we heard some horror stories before we moved out here about this place! And now we are hear, and it's not all bad at all. We are on the Eastside of it and it's quiet, everyone sticks to themselves. And it's the cleanest park I've ever seen!! Kathy in the office is absolutely amazing to work with, and so is Cindy. The maintenance men are also friendly and attentive. It'd be nice if the property owner would reply once in a while... but I'm sure he gets busy!
