“Co-op” should mean JOKE. Avoid building in Brandon unless you want to be charged 5 different ways for power, and no one can tell you if there isn’t a 6th way coming next year I don’t want my POWER COMPANY to make me brats to tell me they’re adding a 3rd charge to your bill. “Because it’s more fair” No they are selectivity charging older residents less and slamming the newest redisents with all the chargers. Kyle and a crew came out and removed a yardlight and relocated a transformer. I've seen teams work together but these guys were on point. They had the job done in less than 3 hours and worked like a finely tuned machine. It was impressive to watch.
I don’t like to give a one star to anybody. But increasing us at 9.1% is absolutely ridiculous. We are already struggling with kids in our home and we’re paycheck to paycheck and we can barely afford groceries. I’ve had to do payment plans on other bills to accommodate the increase for my electric bill. I thought I was crazy. I started turning off lights after the first increase and started really watching the power and it increased even further on the next bill. What is going on?
