I can’t speak about the units because I never committed to a lease. But I will say that maybe communication among themselves would be an improvement. I reserved a unit with no commitment to lease as their ad stated, a couple days later I called and talked to someone in customer service and told them I wouldn’t need that unit after all, I found bigger and less expensive storage facility elsewhere and closer to my home.
Been renting for several years. All go with the exception of a few occasions I needed to get to my unit prior to snow removal.
