They have phenomenal service! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We worked with The branch manager, Adam kleinsasser to refinance a vehicle. He is truly so helpful and knows his stuff. Because he knows his job very well, he made it so easy to refinance our vehicle. He seems to care of his customers and wants to make sure you have receive great service. I highly recommend this bank!
Abby is the best loan officer!! So easy to work with and helped every step of the way.
They need to work on their customer service and their verbage. If someone doesn't understand something or may be confused explain it. Instead they just say we can't do that or we have to do it this way and then stare at you like your the problem. This is why I always go to Abby, she is the best. If I could give people ratings vs place she would have 5 stars and the place would have 1. Whoever I delt with today needs way more training. Also maybe stock the ATM/ITM better, it's always empty or only has 100's.
Nope nope nope. Used to be all for bluestone. For 10 years I was a loyal customer. For 10 years I put up with the customer service and the arrogance. All the way up until today when a different credit union I DONT EVEN bank at offered me an offer that bluestone turned down. I literally had all of my banking done here, now it's all being switched to Black Hills Credit Union. Goodbye Bluestone. 👋
