Ridiculous prices. Ford wants 380 just to diagnose 2 things wrong with my pickup. Then go and pay for repairs. Will not return

The cruise control on my Ford explorer would not set And my collision sensors weren't working. Took it into a local shop in our small town. They tried to reset what they could with no luck. Told me that the bracket was very loose and it would probably be best to take it to a dealership. Sioux City is closest to us. We brought it there. Never refilled my def on my 8 year warrenty been going for there for 3 year. ( the least on my concerns.) I’ve lived in Sioux City for 3 years and taking my truck in for service not once have I seen the same people. Last service check they couldn’t open my camper shell to fix the warrenty camera. they obviously have a lot of turnover.
