I hate to say anything bad about a company because I know we all have our off days, but the blonde receptionist is a real peach - insert sarcasm - she is unnecessarily rude to customers, defiantly not all of them, she was more than friendly enough with my husband as she was extremely flirty with him, but I have seen her be completely rude to others, my guess is she just didn't like them. Her professionalism, or lack thereof, is very disheartening.
