Jennifer Seufert is a terrible lawyer. The service I received was unsatisfactory to say the least! Jennifer did not provide any helpful legal advice. She was more helpful to my ex in terms of legal advocacy. Jennifer, I believe set herself up for a long lengthy trial instead of fighting for me. In ten weeks, my bill was roughly 11 thousand. I called and told my story, was told in 2days I would be contacted to let me know if the lawyers would take my case , it was 6days later I was contacted and was told she would have a meeting with me on Jan 15 this was over 40 days . If you need a lawyer and you have a lot of time I still wouldn’t recommend them , 1/2 STAR!!!!!!!
Went in to deliver a will my mother had been speaking to this office about. Receptionist was immediately confused and talked to coworkers; no one would claim ownership of the file. Was told I was in the wrong place. After confirming it was the right place I went back 10 mins later and Devin Mitts was dismissive saying he didn’t know what’s going on, wouldn’t confirm that someone had agreed to view the file, and that the office was closed anyways for a meeting (reception office was open with no note, how am I to know?).
