I first visited Sioned after receiving treatment for breast cancer. I thought she might have been able to help with my stress and anxiety but she has done much more than this. Sioned did a thorough consultation so that she could understand what was going on in my life and she tailored my sessions to suit my needs. I can't thank Sioned enough. I truly believe she has helped me with our fertility journey after a few years of issues. I know have a 3 week old little girl and I don't think we would have got here if I hadn't been having regular appointments with Sioned. I will be continuing to have reflexology with Sioned to help with my postnatal recovery and general self care in the future. Just brilliant!
Not only is Sioned an incredible Reflexologist but she is also an incredible person. I have a chronic illness which is still not very well understood medically but Sioned has always taken the time to try and understand the symptoms and causes and listen to my life woes. One symptom I struggle with is Chronic Sinisitus & Migranes and since changing to Sioneds Head Reflexology sessions it keeps it under control which is a game changer for me. I've been seeing Sioned for the last year to assist and aid my anxiety and to support our fertility journey. What Sioned does so much more than just a foot rub.. you come away feeling relaxed, calm and with a side of counselling. We now have a nearly 4 months old girl after a few years of fertility issues. Would thoughly recommend Sioned to anyone looking for an excellent reflexologist
