Excellent organization with warm, helpful staff. They maintain respectful behavior during appointments and are very knowledgeable. They truly ease the stress and anxiety of a doctor’s visit, making the whole experience pleasant. Highly recommend.
Refused to refill routine, daily prescription without making a check-in appointment (never previously indicated that this would be necessary), then no-showed without communication for telehealth visit. No one answering the phones or responding to voicemail. How is it acceptable to leave patients without their medication for days on end? Medically negligent.
I previously saw Dr. Anna Karp and really liked her. The office was great, front staff was friendly and helpful. However, I’m disappointed that it will be difficult to see Dr. Karp - or any other female doctor. This entire company doesn't accommodate women. There is no female doctor available after office hours at any location on weekdays or on weekends. Therefore, if a woman wants to see a woman doctor, she has to take time off from work in order to do so. I highly recommend changing the schedule to accommodate women.
