I wanted to hire this firm to handle my immigration moving forward. I gave my information to the customer service person and was told a lawyer would reach out to me in 24 hours. After waiting 48 hours, I called them again. This time the customer service person said they are not sure why no one has reached out to me yet. She was now going to give me an email to try to get in touch with someone. It's clear that they have their hands full and do not want new business.
