Take your business and your money elsewhere. I have been calling for the last 4 weeks to speak to Ruth Burgess. I have switched jobs and need to move my 401k. They will happily take your money, but the second you need someone to cash it out or move it, they’re MIA. They made me wait a year after switching jobs which I patiently did. Now it’s been 4 weeks of voicemails and an empty promise from reception that my paperwork would be mailed. That was 2 weeks ago.
