I have been calling the phone number for 2 days now, pressing 2 for sales, 3 CS and 0 for operator and no one answers, which is absolutely horrible business! Wow,,
I don't usually write reviews but I spent $100 and never received my order. I've emailed twice and no response. Total thievery. The tracking number says it never left the warehouse.
Thank you for having the best mattress we have ever had, we purchased 2 XL twins to go on our king size bed frame, easier for us to turn the a regular mattress, we love our new foam mattress. I wasn't sure we would be comfortable with foam, but I will never go back to a regular mattress again, no more tossing and turning, no back pain, it's like sleeping on a cloud, I don't work for this company I'm just a person who will now only buy from this company, price was great, LOVE IT.
