My husband and I used this firm to do a renovation in our apartment that had to be done before our baby was born. We worked with Suad Lacej throughout the process. Suad was able to deal with our co-op's permit requirements, and was able to make all the changes that we needed in time for our baby, and even made some additional changes that he thought would be helpful, like adding new spotlights to our dim hallway. We used this firm to do a small renovation in our co-op apartment in Brooklyn. We worked with Suad Lacej and he was very responsive, helpful and professional. Our building has a lot of permit requirements and they were able to provide everything that was required. To make things a bit more complicated, we needed the work to be done before our baby was born. Poor building practices, these guys did not follow building code in short they built us a unsafe structure. Construction had to be redone by another company because their work would not pass inspection. They were cheaper then most and so was their work.
