We've hired Mason and his team for two separate projects, both bathroom renovations. We worked with Mason and his team at Sino-American to remove our existing chain link fence and broken iron gate and replace with a new wooden fence and custom built gate for our DC rowhouse. We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in the same day. Mason was fantastic about keeping us up to date and walking us through any issues that were discovered during the process. I also loved they the crew stayed to complete the job and didn't work just a few days then come back a few days later, like many other contractors I have worked with. Everything looks great and I would definitely hire again for other projects I have around my house.
We have big plans and thought it would be best to go with one team that could be with us from the planning to design to actual work, all in stages over the next few years. We've just finished our second project with Mason and all from Sino American and I HIGHLY recommend it. I think the biggest thing I can say as to why I suggest you contact Sino American ... we had one bathroom upstairs and worked with Mason to turn it into 2.
