From office to field, professional, pleasant, easy to set things up/get work done. Pricing is reasonable for top-notch work done better-than-right the first time. I have peace of mind regarding kitchen and bathroom and outdoor faucet (new owner of 1958 house).

Overcharged and I was not told I had to pay $55 in addition to the First hour charge of $189 which included the first hour of Labor. This company does not give you a paper copy. The technician sits in the truck for 20 min trying to rack up time and on the computer. He leaves NO receipt and then tells the client she is"whining" when politely asked the details. Using intimidation and unethical billing is not a good practice. Treating a female client like a kindergarten child when he is asked questions is really a shameful mann... read more

Sinnotts has never let me down. Over the years, they fixed the boiler, installed heat pumps, installed a hot water heater, a toilet, and today, they fixed some plumbing in a tight spot in a ceiling. Always professional and show up when they promise.
